This will easy go down as one of my favourite weddings for so many reasons. The biggest being that Crystal & Jason are just about the absolute loveliest people you will ever meet. I’ve been lucky enough to shoot not only their wedding but also the weddings of some of the most important people in their lives. Each curated detail of their wedding day held such important meaning to the both of them, and honestly every little detail couldn’t have come together more perfectly.

Jason and Crystal drew their wedding theme and colours of  Burgundy, Slate Blue, and Brass as inspiration from their many winery trips to vineyards they visited over the years together. They wanted to incorporate deep burgundy to represent the colour of wine; Crystal’s beautiful Essence of Australia dress featured beautiful rosettes and raw organza in a soft colour called Moscato – as I said, it all couldn’t have been more perfect for their shared love for wine which shone on their wedding day. They subtly incorporated slate blue into their hand dyed muslin table runner and the beautiful raw silk ribbons used for the boutonnieres and bouquets created by the ever so talented Stone House Weddings. During their engagement, Crystal searched many different antique shops and estate sales in search of the various vintage brass pots and goblets to be used as centre pieces.

I absolutely adored capturing all the details of their day especially all the laughter, fun, and love these two shared together and all the love  their friends and families have for these two gems of human beings. These two just radiate together and I’ll truly miss seeing them every month lol. So, i’ll just leave this lovely wedding to feat your eyes on and maybe even gather some inspiration from. xo
