What a great evening spent with Jessica & Josh in one of my most favourite places, Winnipeg Beach. I don’t know what it is, but the beach and the wood built Piers have always reminded me of being anywhere but here.

The smoke that had been lingering for months from the fires in Saskatchewan set the mood and muted the color of the sky to a soft hazy grey which to me, was the perfect endless horizon backdrop.
